The ability to call anyone, from anywhere is a non-negotiable for modern professionals. Calling is a key feature of Microsoft Teams, providing both standard and advanced features enabling you to instantly reach individuals and groups from any device. Microsoft Teams also enables you to seamlessly promote a call to a video conference, as the nature of the conversation changes.

What is New?

Microsoft Teams users can now seamlessly transfer calls between desktop and mobile devices. This new functionality is an extension of the existing meeting transfer capabilities in Teams. For example, while you are in an active call on your desktop device, you can open the Teams app on your mobile to join the call on that device. You can then leave the call on your desktop and continue on your mobile. It is important to note that to use this feature, users will need to be logged in to the same account on both devices.
