What is new?

Microsoft Teams meetings now have Forms polls available for meeting presenters to collect important feedback and insights. When a poll is published, a pop-up window will appear on all attendee’s screens and in the meeting chat, so everyone is notified. Polls can be filled out by attendees before, during and after a meeting.

What are the benefits?

Polls can be customised, for example you can set anonymous responses or close a poll after a certain time period. All attendees can see the poll results and can also create spontaneous polls, which are most beneficial for less structured meetings. After the poll is complete, the results can be exported to Microsoft Excel.
